It is an interesting framework but be careful to be sure you know what
there is to do. Gedare Bloom did the basic refactoring as a student a
few years ago and has since mentored a student who added a scheduler.

It looks like the Wiki page is up to date on the status and current ideas
though.

The Scheduler Simulator also needs some loving attention along the way.
