The linkcmds.armv4 sets default values for all mode stacks (I suppose they are 
all available in ARMv6).  You can set BSP specific values in the BSP specific 
linker command file, e.g. add

bsp_stack_svc_size = DEFINED (bsp_stack_svc_size) ? bsp_stack_svc_size : 4096;
bsp_stack_svc_size = ALIGN (bsp_stack_svc_size, bsp_stack_align);

in your "c/src/lib/libbsp/arm/tiny6410/startup/linkcmds" and use

INCLUDE linkcmds.armv4
