Borrowing a part of another project that is not it's focus comes with 
added risk. If we based what we use on a project, eg ncurses's dialog, 
that is fine because it is a stand alone project, how-ever borrowing a 
part of another project leaves us open to them changing or dropping 
support and we end up needing to maintain it.
