[PATCH] Minor cleanup for rtems-graphics-toolkit

Hi,

I have uploaded two patches at [1] for the toolkit, one adds a gitignore,
and the other adds two git submodules needed.

Previously, the two git repositories were to be cloned inside the already
existing git repository, which doesn't sound like a good idea when we can
use git submodules.
Also, since everything is built into the working directory by default,
having a gitignore is essential, even though this doesn't ignore all
generated files, it ignores most of them.
