SPI Support for ARM/AT91RM9200

Hello RTEMS developers,

I'm working on SPI support for ARM/AT91RM9200,
The basic code is already written but is not merged with RTEMS tree (yet).

I'm not sure about the current directory to put it.

Is c/src/lib/libcpu/arm/at91rm9200/spi a good place it?

The code will be submitted soon.
