ANN: Fedora 16 has reached EOL

Hi,

Fedora 16 was discontinued 2013-02-12 [1]

As a consequence of this, I have discontinued supporting all Fedora 16 
based RTEMS packages. These RTEMS packages have been put into "deep 
freeze" and will not be looked into again. At some time in future, these 
packages may be removed or replaced without further notice.

People, who are still using Fedora 16, should feel strongly advised to 
switch to a newer OS.
