[GSOC] Important announcement

Hi,

According to Google's rules for the GSoC, ALL of the code that you are
developing for GSoC must be available somewhere in a public
repository. We at RTEMS prefer you to use github, and I think most of
you are, but you must be posting your code to github on a regular
basis! I would prefer weekly, if not daily. Importantly, if all of the
code you are working on currently is not posted in a public repository
by the midterm, it will be grounds for FAILURE.

Midterms are approaching. Please be sure to keep your mentor and the
development community up-to-date on your progress, Also continue to
post to your blogs, I have been checking them each week to quietly
monitor progress, and some of you have been a little less active at
blogging.
