[PATCH 1/6] New atomic API definition based on C11 atomic

Yeah, If the patch is ok, i will update all other architectures. And i will firstly test whether the compiler is ok. Acctually i have updated all the architectures. But when i test sparc there is some error. So i will modify and submit ASAP.
