I just built it.

../rtems/configure --target=arm-rtems4.11 --enable-rtemsbsp=lm3s6965 \
   --disable-posix \
   --enable-networking \
   --prefix=/home/rtems/rtems-4.11-work/bsp-install \
   --enable-tests=samples >c.log 2>&1 && \
make >b.log 2>&1

Was there something in the configure output that wasn't right?
