[GSOC] Submit documentation, etc.

GSoC Students,

TL;DR: submit documentation, join rtems-devel, come to IRC.

Make sure to submit your documentation to Google. By now hopefully the
relevant information has been posted to the GSoC Students' mailing
list.

If you have not yet posted your project summary to rtems-devel please
do so, and introduce yourself. Patches and project
design/implementation discussions and questions should be posted to
rtems-devel with your mentor/co-mentors CC'd. (Do feel free to send
your mentors private questions as well, but try to keep as much as
possible in the public domain.)

I will probably try to schedule one or two time slots for weekly IRC
meetings for status updates. I encourage you all to hang out ("lurk")
in the #rtems IRC channel during (and after!) your SoC. It's a good
place to ask/answer questions. (Note: the IRC is publicly logged.)
