[PATCH 1/1]: Added in_cksum_sparc.h to optimize IP checksum calculations for SPARC

Improves network throughput with 6 - 7 %  on TTCP (leon3 + greth core).
in_cksum_sparc.h is taken from NetBSD, I believe this should be OK...?
