[Patch 1/1] Fix formatting for default values in rtems/doc/conf.t

Yes, I can work on writing an asciidoc file explaining the options for conf.t after I write the first default values patch.
Should the asciidoc file be named rtems/doc/user/README.txt ?

I am ok with this change. If someone can commit this,
I would appreciate it.

Eventually should there be a set of comments at the
top of this file documenting the valid options?

Or (even better) an asciidoc file in this directory with
instructions?
