[PATCH] confdefs: update the CONFIGURE_MEMORY_FOR_POSIX_KEYS for rbtree version.

Hi, all, I've updated the key pair patch, leave the key pair related code
as it was though, and the pre-allocation of key instance in key manager
initialization is also included.
