[PATCH] sparc.h: included stdint.h

This seems funny. Types are usually pulled in through types.h within
RTEMS. Is it permissible that an application includes such BSP
headers. We are working to reduce the number of installed headers in
RTEMS, so we need to know what is the custom for users in this area.
This might need to be discussed on rtems-users further if we do not
already have a custom.
