SMP Implementation Status

Thanks but I am having trouble still trying to figure out what a short
summary should be. I would like the summary table to have phrases
like:

+ complete
+ basic functionality complete with future enhancements identified
+ no work done
+ in process
+ partially complete

Picking on Low-level start
(http://www.rtems.org/wiki/index.php/SMP#Low-Level_Start)
as an example, the Status is a description of the implementation. Beyond the
single phrase "is guided by" which implies it does it now and no Future
Directions,
the description does not give one a hint as to what state this idea/task
is in.

My idea behind the summary table was to have a "red/green/yellow" view of
everything that was identified at a glance.
