It also points out a hack in rtems_bsdnet_internal.h where we defined
struct sigaltstack ourselves (years ago) instead of doing the right thing
and adding it to signal.h. Now it is in signal.h and you can't compile
TCP/IP with the new toolset without deleting it.

I suppose I could define an autoconf test for this. But we already have
a lot of have cpuset.h conditionals which should be removed now that
we are over that bump.
