There are not that many RTEMS SMP users out there.  The RTEMS SMP is work in 
progress, so I don't think its too much to ask SMP interested users to use 
Newlib 2.1.0.  They need also <stdatomic.h>, the __getreent() stuff and the 
pthread cleanup changes.
