smp test failures on using grsim

I've ran the rtems smp tests for 2 and 4 cores using grsim against the head
and ran into some problems.  If the test isn't listed below it ran for
both 2 and 4 core verisons.

  2 Core: Doesn't come back to grsim at end of program
  4 Core: Doesn't come back to grsim at end of program
