I think there are issues with 4.9.x. I have not tried all the targets we
have so I do not know the pass/fail mix. I did try m32c with 4.9.0 and
it does not build. The hacks to build 4.8.3 do not work on 4.9.0. This
took up my time and I have not tried others.
