[GSOC] Student applications due by Mar 21

Potential Students,
Please upload your proposal to Google's Melange [1] system by this
Friday so that mentors have adequate time to give feedback and you
might have time to make revisions before the final deadline next
Friday. Remember that you MUST submit a proposal to Melange before the
deadline of March 21 in order to be accepted to GSOC, no exceptions.
