Running the Hello World example on POK.

Hi,Gedare:

I have run the hello world example successfully and update the blog with
screenshot[1]. The Philipp supplied me a patch. In that patch we replace
the i386_disable_interrupts  by _CPU_Virtual_Interrupts_disable.

I also post a blog about the POK startup flow which is important to
paravirtualization design. The blog is too long so I did not mention the
changes in POK that Philipp did last year. I will discuss the changes in
POK next weekend.
