Which significant portion is not SMP specific?  All terms listed here are 
important to understand the SMP scheduler.  I want to add a description of the 
SMP scheduler later and it is important that we have clearly defined terms.  In 
particular the four states (blocked, ready, scheduled, in the air) are vital.
