fileio.exe does not have any commands

It has commands if you log in as 'root' with password 'pwd'.  By default 
all commands except 'help' and 'alias' are now only visible to the user 
with UID 0.  You can change this with the 'cmdchown' and 'cmdchmod' 
commands.
