Here are some notes which might help on the tests:

+ tm08 - remove specific uses of notepads
+ tmoverhd - same
+ mp02 - remove test. Functionality of polling for something to happen is
covered
   in at least mp04
+ spnotepad01 - remove test
+ spnotepad02 - remove test
+ sptask_err04 - remove specific uses of notepads
+ sp07 - remove specific uses of notepads

Please make sure the patch includes an explanation of the change.

I think it is close. I will check the GCI time for you.

Honestly, we should be better about adding transition guidance as APIs
get modified or deleted. And with the shift in new APIs in 4.11, we should
add guidance on why these are better and should be used instead of
something that existed before and is still there. Like task variables vs.
TLS or keys.

Liam.. ignore the documentation. Sebastian and I can figure something
out.
