[PATCH 00/15] Warning Removal Patch Series

Hi

This series of patches includes two I posted over the weekend.
Most are pretty obvious changes to fix warnings or minor issues
I spotted while removing warnings. 

Again, the warning removal pass does not have tests or 
networking enabled. We have about 30 printf() format
warnings which may be reduced by a newlib/gcc
inttypes.h/stdint.h mismatch I am trying to get resolved.
There are also two BSPs with warnings in BSP specific code left. 

Anyway, this is this round of warning removal patches.
