sb-set-builder problems

It fails and I don't why. Here is the log

but I have python 2.6 and it is default version (running cmd 'python'
invokes exactly 2.6.6 version). Also is it possible to disable all these
checks, because sb-set-builder runs more than one hour till it fails??
