[GSoC] Raspberry Pi BSP proposal

Hello!

I'm interesting to participate in GSoC with this organization. I've a 
proposal for Rasberry Pi BSP layer improvement. I know maybe it's too 
late, and that there are other proposal. But I have worked as hard and 
fast as I could, and I must try it.
