GSoC 2015: create x86_64 BSP

Hello all,

My name is YAHIAOUI Ala Eddine, currently a student in 5th year at the
Higher National School in Computer Science in Algeria and I wish working
with RTEMS in the GSOC 2015.

I hope that i'm not too late to participate in the GSoC.

I read the "Open Project" page and i found an interesting project which is
"Create an x86_64 BSP".

The status of the project is set to initiated. I wish to have detailed
information about its actual state.
