rtems-libbsd Makefile support.

Thanks for helping me yesterday Chris. The --version argument isn't
in the README.waf.

The docs also don't mention how to update the rtems_waf submodule
which led to cryptic errors.

This type of stuff needs to be in the new Getting Started. Between
README.waf
and Jeff's notes, maybe there is a start to it.  :)
