[PATCH 18/20] score: Rename _MRSP_Obtain()

Rename _MRSP_Obtain() into _MRSP_Seize().  Rename _MRSP_Release() into
_MRSP_Surrender().  This avoids confusion with the ISR lock acquire and
release.
