CPU Usage and Performance Monitoring on RTEMS-libbsd

Dear Devels,

I would like to test the performance of my program running on RTEMS vs
standard OS. Thus I need to monitor in real-time the performances. Is it
yield with the API ?

If so, do you have any idea on how to do it ?

Any help would be great !!!
