BSP for the Atmel SAM V71/V70/E70/S70 chip platform

Hello,

there is a new BSP available for the Atmel SAM V71/V70/E70/S70 chip 
platform. The chips use an ARM Cortex-M7 core running up to 300MHz and 
provide a 64-bit floating point unit.
