[PATCH 04/10] Rename and move RTEMS_PRINTF_ATTRIBUTE()

Rename RTEMS_PRINTF_ATTRIBUTE() into RTEMS_PRINTFLIKE() (similar to
<sys/cdefs.h> __printflike()) and move it to <rtems/score/basedefs.h>.
