I can't comment on your draft. In general, the project is of interest,
but we would need a lot more time to get the proposal details right
since this project has been worked on by three past GSoC efforts and
some commercially-sponsored efforts. The result of the prior work in
powerpc was not fully mergeable, and the result for the ARM resulted
in the table-driven approach to MMU initialization..

I think the main interesting problem to solve for this project is user
configuration of static memory protection regions.
