Interrupts strange behavior on RISC-V

I found the problem, I made a mistake in my code, instead of:
if ((cause & MCAUSE_MTIME) == MCAUSE_MTIME) {
I have written:
if (cause & MCAUSE_MTIME) {

now local interrupts work.
