[PATCH v3 1/2] Add support for a mmap file handler. Add support for MAP_ANON in mmap().

The code looks fine. One minor thing, can you reformat the commit
message to be shorter on the first line, and add details after a
space, and use "Updates #2859." Add Updates to the test case patch
too. Then they can both be checked in.
