[PATCH 0/4] LEON: updates to SpaceWire Router driver

This patch series updates the SpaceWire router driver:
 * new functionality available in the updated SpaceWire router IP-core
   present in GR740 now supported.
 * SMP safe by spin-lock protection and semaphore.
 * Move to a C API instead of using the I/O Manager.
