For each BSP we need sections like, 'Configuration', 'Console Driver',
'I2C Driver', etc. For each architecture we need one section for each
BSP. We should limit the section depth by three. What will be the top
section name? Do we really want four or five section layers? What is
with stuff present in all/most BSPs, e.g. common configure options?
