[PATCH] *** Covoar Windows Build Failure. ***

*** The build is successfull if I run ./waf -v however the build fails on
a normal ./waf command as it can't link to -lelf
 4-mingw32/bin/ld.exe: cannot find -lelf 
Has anyone seen this behaviour before were it only builds in verbose mode?***
