License for psxhdrs files

Dr Joel ,
I peeked into your github repo for tasks , sorry
i saw that python scripts were being used to generate task discription for
similar kind of tasks , is that right ?
if yes , then is their a way to make these changes here , it will be kind
of cool to use coding skills to save time :)
