Sorry, nevermind that, just remenbered I had  put covoar there for
something else.

You mentioned before that waf built covoar properly and it appeared in:

"covoar is in /rtems-tools/build/covoar"

is it this or is it rtems-tools/build/tester/covoar

and you're definitely using the coverage-merge branch of my github
