Students Submit GSoC Proposals

Hi

I just wanted to remind everyone that the deadline for applying
is March 27. I would encourage you all to go ahead and make sure
you are registered in the Google system and have submitted at
least the beginnings of your proposal. You can continue to edit
and refine. But if you forget to submit, it is a hard "not accepted".

And if there are issues on the RTEMS side with the description in
the tickets, please help us refine and fix our side.
