autotools build fail from rsb

[Vijay Kumar Banerjee]

I have set the PATH like this
/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/home/luna
tic/.local/bin:/home/lunatic/bin

I'm still getting the same error
