[PATCH] x86_64/gcc: Have gcc build crti.o and crtn.o

We need this to be able to use crti.o and crtn.o in the bsp_specs file for the
port, and therefore provide missing symbols like "_fini" which RTEMS assumes are
defined in:

./cpukit/libcsupport/src/newlibc_exit.c
