BSPs with Same Name, Different Architecture

Hi

Just a note that I had used the BSP name deos for three architectures. This
worked until Chris added the BSP/architecture check.

I am ok with the rule thank a bsp name is unique across all architectures
but wanted to make sure this was a conscious rule now.
