Where the script downloads the release notes page from Trac?

Chris,

I went through the process to generate the release notes and I am able to
do it right now. Just wondering where the script downloads the release
notes page from Trac? See attached photo please. Alos, I have generated pdf
files like p0, p1, p2, p3, p4, where does the content of the pdf files
really come from?
