[PATCH] User Manual Executable and Test documentation

Hi,

The following three patches update the User Manual. The first patch
renames some of the top level heading to make them simpler so a 
collaped heading list is easier to read. The second patch adds
support for PlantUML and Ditaa to waf. The options `--plantuml`
and `--ditaa` enable support and will rebuild images if the .png
images needs to be updated from the source. The 3rd patch is new
sections, Executables and Testing. The Executables section talks
about executables and executing RTEMS executables and Testing
discusses the RTEMS Tester command and the configuration and
set up to use that command.

Note, there is a 4th patch which is the generated images which
I have not sent for review.
