RTEMS 5 Release Branching

Hi

I know the technical answer is "when all the tickets are closed" but
can we put a firmer answer on this?

Chris and I pushed to close tickets a few weeks ago while we were
together at the mentor summit. But there are still more.

What can we do to push this release out?
