Advice Needed on Where to Put Some Items in Documentation

Hi

I have been reviewing the wiki page
https://devel.rtems.org/wiki/TBR/Review/Debugging/Start
and removed most of the content as horribly out of date or covered
elsewhere better. But the content either needs a second opinion on its
value or where it place it in the documentation.

(1) First section is a brief into to hardware assisted debug with some
Coldfire advice. The information would need to be updated with current
links but Axman still is around and has
a BDM module. Does this have a home in the documentation?

(2) The rest of the page is common symptoms of application configuration
errors. It seems
like it would be nice to incorporate this information somewhere in the
Configuring a System
chapter. Would adding a new subsection on "Common Misconfiguration
Scenarios" make sense?

Thanks.
