The T Test Framework

Hello,

I had a bit of time to work on a new test framework for RTEMS:

You can find a prototype implementation here:

The test framework runs on FreeBSD, MSYS2, Linux and RTEMS. So it would 
be possible to run POSIX API tests on multiple platforms.
